Sunday Devotion, November 29

Sunday Devotion, November 29
Isaiah 1:1

1 These are the visions that Isaiah son of Amoz saw concerning Judah and Jerusalem. He saw these visions during the years when Uzziah, Jotham, Ahaz, and Hezekiah were kings of Judah.

Quick Notes

Isaiah is one of the longest books of the Bible. There are many stories that will be told and reflected on. We start today with one simple verse. These visions are beautiful, horrifying, and disturbing. Yet, over the next couple of months, Isaiah might help us pattern our lives in such a way that these visions will become reality in the Kingdom that is coming.

Quick Questions

What sets the pattern for your life?

Quick Prayer

God, as we start the expectation of waiting for your son to change the world, let our lives weave a pattern that reflects you.
